Happy Earthy Day! Weʻre incredibly honored to work with amazing clients that dedicate their careers towards sustainability and bettering humanity. As a dev shop, our impact on the planet can sometimes feel invisible as we work from home firing up servers thousands of miles away. For this year's Earth Day, we built a simple assessment tool to aid our engineering practice in being better stewards of our planet and the energy we consume. We hope this is helpful to other engineering teams as well.
This assessment tool is derived from content from The Principles of Sustainable Software Engineering, which focuses on energy efficiency improvements that we can all make in our daily practice.
